The Integrating Human Rights and Gender Equality in Evaluation ‐ Towards UNEG Guidance handbook, developed by The United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG), is intended as a tool to support stakeholders to integrate human rights and gender equality into the practice of evaluation. It was developed in response to a noted gap in evaluation guidance in general and the UN system-wide mandates to integrate HR & GE in all areas of work, including evaluation. The Handbook is a practical tool for evaluators, evaluation managers, and programme managers both within and outside the UN system.
