The EiE-GenKit: A Core Resource Package on Gender in Education in Emergencies comprises a series of practical tools to strengthen capacity on gender-equitable programming for education in emergencies. Launched on 3rd March 2021, the EiE-GenKit supports practitioners working in EiE to implement existing standards and complement and operationalize the guidance offered in the INEE Guidance Note on Gender. The EiE-GenKit was developed through an extensive review and consultation process involving over 140 existing EiE and gender resources, consultation with over 40 global gender and EiE experts, and 10 Education Cannot Wait implementing partners at the country level.
