The Needs Assessment Package for Male Engagement was developed by ACQUIRE project/EngenderHealth and Promundo. This package is designed for use by individuals, organizations and donors interested in carrying out a needs assessment to identify gaps in male engagement programming related to HIV and AIDS prevention, care, treatment and support. The package includes a set of questionnaires designed to help gather firsthand information on existing programs and policies in a particular setting and to gauge the commitment and capacity of key institutions and stakeholders to integrate male gender norms in HIV and AIDS prevention, care, support, and treatment.
