The Teachers' Action for Girls (TAG) programme aims to to contribute toward the education of the girl-child by empowering teachers with knowledge, skills, and values to become lead actors in creating gender responsive school environments. This case study provides insights on the TAG programme's impact based on the findings of a UN Girls' Education Initiative (UNGEI) Good Practices Study. It describes the program’s approach, evolution over time, and impact. Lessons learned are discussed, along with how these lessons are being incorporated into future plans.
