Why Gender Matters and How to Measure School-Related Gender-Based Violence
Violence in schools, including physical, sexual, and psychological abuse, is a global problem affecting one in three students. Understanding gender dynamics is crucial in addressing school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV), but measuring its prevalence remains challenging. Efforts are being made to estimate SRGBV using existing data sources and identifying relevant indicators.
