Safe Schools for Girls (SS4G)
An innovative approach towards improving school retention among adolescent girls in Rwanda
This technical brief provides an overview of the CARE Rwanda’s Safe Schools for Girls (SS4G) programme. SS4G is part of a 5-year (2015– 2020) multi-country initiative aimed at improving the quality of education for marginalized adolescents in Cambodia, Kenya, Mali, India, Nepal, Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
