This guide is designed to help governments and non-governmental organizations monitor progress and track change over time as they implement the INSPIRE strategies. This publication includes a results framework and a set of core indicators, as well as detailed guidance on how to define and measure these indicators to monitor changes across sites and over time. The INSPIRE Indicator Guidance and Results Framework is intended to be used in conjunction with the INSPIRE Handbook: Action for Implementing the Seven Strategies, to provide detailed programming guidance for implementation of the INSPIRE strategies.
