The INSPIRE Handbook helps to improve interventions that prevent violence against children. Instructions are provided on how to choose and implement interventions that fit different needs and contexts. The seven chapters are strategy-specific and address: implementation and enforcement of laws; norms and values; safe environments; parent and caregiver support; income and economic strengthening; response and support services; and education and life skills. The handbook concludes with a summary of implementation and impact indicators drawn from INSPIRE Indicator Guidance and Results Framework, Ending Violence Against Children: How to Define and Measure Change.
