Getting Started: A Toolkit for Preventing and Tackling Homophobic, Biphobic and Transphobic Bullying in Secondary Schools provides a framework and a set of practical tools to help secondary schools start tackling homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying. Based on five key steps, the toolkit enables schools to embed this work across policies and procedures. Each step includes a set of tools, templates and checklists to help to do this. The toolkit enables the school to measure the impact of wider anti-bullying initiatives, including how to track the school’s progress over time, highlight problem areas and develop a tailored approach.
