The male mentors

This is the story of mentors Charles, Simeon and Policup from Kisumu, along the banks of Lake Victoria, central Kenya. Recruited to the Male Mentorship Programme by international NGO and UNGEI partner Leonard Cheshire, each mentor is committed to breaking barriers to education for girls with disabilities. Little-by-little they reveal their own stories and how they are using their influence as men to rewrite the script on gender norms and change their community from within.
