Youth are not only the beneficiaries of transformation in education, they are essential partners. In fact, they are the transformers. From Australia to Zimbabwe, youth-led networks and organizations are mobilizing and working together to transform education to help every child get a quality education, no matter who she, he or they are. In making her city a safer place for girls, youth activist Faridah is leading the change to #EndSRGBV. The Plan International Safer Cities programme Faridah helps coordinate in Kampala is designed to tackle the unequal power relations and social norms that perpetuate the insecurity and exclusion of girls in cities.
