Child rights, participation and gender equality

Developed by UNGEI through the Global Working Group to End School-Related Gender-Based Violence (SRGBV), A Whole School Approach to prevent and respond to SRGBV: minimum standards and monitoring framework provides guidance for policy makers and practitioners. The model is based on eight evidence-based approaches which together represent a ‘whole school approach’ to tackling SRGBV. This means engaging the whole school community. Everyone must work together to prevent, identify and respond to SRGBV.
