Part 1 - Personnel: This tool provides key information to understand the minimum and ‘gold standard’ EiE programming roles and responsibilities related to gender for EiE personnel based on crisis type.
Part 2 – Capacity Analysis: This tool provides an understanding of why and how to assess the gender-responsive technical capacity and competencies required of EiE programme managers and education personnel, to ensure EiE initiatives are designed, planned, and implemented within an institution and across partners in a gender-responsive manner.
